Jeff Lunnen started in real estate in 2003, right out of college, in land acquisitions, then commercial sales and commercial REO for banks, lending institutions and private investment groups. In the Bakken since 2010, he has closed $500M+ in volume across 460+ transactions.
LRES represents operators, owners and investors on shops, yards, industrial and commercial buildings across the Bakken, handling leases, acquisitions, dispositions and sale leasebacks. Jeff has also completed development and build to suit projects in North Dakota, California, Colorado and Utah. Clients work directly with Jeff from listing through closing.
