Jeff Lunnen brings over 20 years of extensive experience to the realms of commercial real estate brokerage, development, investment, and consulting. His expertise spans the analysis, marketing, and disposition of industrial, retail, office, multifamily, land, and self-storage properties.

Using his experience and insight into the marketing and disposition processes Jeff has successfully transacted over $700 million in sales and leasing consideration, Jeff has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions in the Bakken oil fields, entitled and developed 5 industrial parks and built over 500,000 SF of industrial space for lease & sale.

Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of California and North Dakota, holds a FINRA license, and is a registered CA Securities Agent. His academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Public Administration from Arizona State University, along with an industry-leading Light Construction and Development Management Certificate (LCDM) from the University of California Irvine.

Tom Lunnen is the founder of Lunnen Development. Over 35 years he has successfully developed over 2 million square feet of creative office, industrial, residential and retail developments. His companies have had a hand in the development of over 13,000 acres in California, Colorado, North Dakota, and Utah. He has directed several significant projects including Capistrano Business Park, Anaheim Hill Medical and Professional Park, Long Beach Arco Towers, Bausch, and Lomb Corporate facility, Smith food King, and Albertson Shopping Centers. Tom's projects represent well over $1.5 Billion in development and real estate transactions. Additionally, Tom has been responsible for 12 planned residential communities throughout the Western United States.

Tom is the recipient of multiple community awards for his developments as well as charitable work.

Tom is a Vietnam Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

PARTNER

As founder & managing partner of Bhanvadia Holdings, Vimal has over a decade of experience in the successful development of ground-up projects in health care, agriculture, retail, light manufacturing, and industrial speculation. Vimal specializes in business development and financing, working directly with lenders and stakeholders to ensure project completion.

He is an active investor and consultant with several companies in Southern California and Toronto, Ontario that focus on agriculture, real estate, specialty pharmacy services, and retail.

The investment group managed by Vimal works directly with Lunnen Development in North Dakota to develop a variety of real estate solutions to satisfy the growing market demand for industrial, manufacturing, and retail development.

Vimal holds a BA in Business Economics and History from UCLA and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
